The Study on Blood Protein and Urinary Nitrogen in and after Starvation.

Abstract
|
|
|
The study on the variation of each fraction of serum protein by paper electrophoretic method, and nitrogen out-put in urine in and after starvation have been studied in this paper.
Serum protein was increased in first 24 hour of starvation and it get to normal value on the 96 hour fast. and was continuing to decrease to 192 hour fast. It was dropped, however. down on the first 24 hour of refed and then increased to normal slowly after 192 hours.
Urinary nitrogen out-put during the strvation was shown about 70~60% of compare group.
